I showed it to one of the guys at work and he assumed I had shot a nail through it with a nailgun. Gimme a break? I'm not THAT stupid. The antibiotics are working for the infection. The doctors didn't need to remove my thumbnail and take out the bone chip after all. They said it would be fine if they left it alone. Freddie is in quarantine to make sure he doesn't have rabies and that looks fine so far too. Once they are sure he doesn't have rabies he will be neutered and then I will release him somewhere where he can live a free and independent life. Well the good news is my thumb is healing nicely.
